What does the mirror of your world reflect back to you? Does it show you what you truly want your life to look and feel like?  Do you feel peace and joy around you?  Or, are you feeling something less than joy as you look at the events of the world going on around you? How can you change your beliefs so that they are helping you get what you truly desire in every area of your life?

Your beliefs are currently defining how you see the world... the way you think it works or it "ought to work."  Your beliefs are unique to you, representing WHO you are choosing to be. You are using them as a basis for creating your world, probably without knowing it. Your belief system is either filling your life with joy and abundance, or it's bringing you more of the opposite. Your belief system is controlled by you as you choose to stay within it or to move out of it.  It's so much more literal, and can be so much easier to change, than you might think!

Everyone has a belief system, but we call it by other names, like "the truth" or "the facts" or "reality."   It's a feeling of certainty that something that exists is the absolute truth. Perhaps you think it's the only possibility?  There are lots of words that you use every day to signify a belief, and while they may not sound so absolute, they represent your belief system just the same. They are at the root of how you feel, which is the most important point. Remember, how you feel creates your world, so your underlying belief system is a critical element in the creation process of your life.

When you hear yourself speak, do you feel joy in your heart from the words you choose to express? Are you speaking about only what you want to create in your life?

Words like "this is my opinion," "this is how I feel," or "I see it like this," as well as statements like "I think" and "I expect"... indicate the beliefs that you hold and what you expect to happen. Do the statements that follow these phrases make you feel happy? Are they things that you’d like to create in your life? If the answer is "yes", keep going to create more wonderful and amazing situations, people, and results every day. If not, STOP! Remember, you are very powerful and you create everything based on how you feel. Be sure to think, speak and take action only in support of the intentions and outcomes that make you feel good and bring you peace.

You will feel happier as you change your beliefs (expressed through your thoughts, words, and actions) to those that open your heart to love. You have free will.  So, why not begin to change these things, starting NOW!  You have the power to create a reality that you will love. Our minds are VERY powerful, so be sure you move toward what you want!

The starting point for your next experience, and the next beyond that, is determined by how you feel NOW. As you make choices now, moving toward better feeling thoughts in this moment, you will get where you want to go. You create your life only in the moment you are in.

How do I know this to be a fact?  Because I see it every day!

I see true miracles occur on a daily basis for clients who did not believe something was possible, only to find that within minutes, hours, days, weeks or months that some less than joyful circumstance of their life has changed dramatically.  Some have cured themselves of “incurable diseases”, like MS and cancer. One client was told 4.5 years ago that she had Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma but she refused to accept it. To this day, she remains perfectly healthy, with no symptoms. Others have dramatically changed relationships, made lots more money, found their ideal job, and more. Everything is possible!

How is this possible?

We create everything based on how we feel. And those feelings are attached to our beliefs. Beliefs begin with our thoughts, then are reinforced with our words, and played out through our actions.

As I heard Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor, the Harvard trained neural-anatomist, comment at a conference a few years ago, “The brain wants to please us, we just have to tell it what we want.” This requires focused repetition of good feeling thoughts, words, and actions. We have an unlimited imagination and we must use it to get what we want.

So, what do you want your life to look like?

Whatever you want, you will only create it when you feel really good. We are always creating stories (beliefs) in our mind, so be certain they are stories about what you truly want. So, if you want great health, you must first focus on and feel good about what you already have with your health today that is a blessing. Then, repeat these truths often! You must be sure to feel good about the situation you are experiencing currently. It works the same way for relationships that you want to improve, jobs that you want to have, money that you want to make, etc.

So, any time you look at a person or any situation as you are in it, decide how you want it or them to be. What does the perfect outcome look like? Remember, changing a situation or a person depends purely on YOU.  When you change your thoughts, words, and actions towards the situation or the person, they will change because you have changed your belief about them. You will feel good.

How fast do you want to create what you desire? The answer is simple! How quickly can you change how you feel?

The faster we change how we feel, the faster we achieve what we desire. ONLY when we feel good, can we create what it is that we want.

So, what can we do to change our feelings? To summarize, there are 3 important ingredients:

1. The first one is the feeling of love. If we want to create something, we need to feel love for the people and situations that we want to create in a different way. Then, we need to put a snapshot in our mind of the perfect outcome that we want. For example, if we want to stay healthy, we stay focused on the outcome we want to create, feeling love for ourselves, everyone else, and the situation at hand. We keep our heart and our heads calm and focused on the picture of only the perfect scenario.

2. The second is gratitude. We must be grateful for everyone and everything. We must be grateful for what we already have, relative to what we want, and for what we would like more of going forward. For example, we are grateful for our current health and everything it allows us to do right now.

3. The third element is fun! We must have fun with everything that we are doing. There is always a way to have fun and feel good in the moment you are living in. You just need to see it!

Love, gratitude, and fun are the important ingredients that we need in order to achieve our dreams. Love, gratitude, and fun will always take us to a calm mindset, and that’s where the magic happens!

The more love we feel…the more gratitude we feel…the more fun we have…the faster we are going to create beliefs and stories that make our dreams come true!
