At our core, authentic happiness is what we are all seeking. It’s what we strive for as human beings.


Sometimes, in our fast-paced lives, the pursuit of joy can take a backseat. But it’s so important that we don’t allow this to happen. In a recent “Little Gems of Wisdom & FUN,” I talked about the strategies of happy people—how they feel empowered and in charge of their lives. (You can read it here.) These individuals have great confidence that whatever they want is achievable. They understand that all they need to do is wake up each day with a plan to create the life they want, then follow through with it.

With the holiday season and end of the year approaching, it’s more important than ever to prioritize the things in life that bring you balance, calm, and joy. We must have these in place for ourselves first—then, we are able to radiate that energy out to others.


Today is all about tapping into your incredible ability to create joy and fulfillment from within. It’s about learning how to find calm in any situation, getting crystal clear about what you want, and unlocking the true extent of your human potential.
