It's Time to Have Some FUN!

How can you take your life to a new level of happiness and joy? There are many ways to get there, but the simple and easy way is to have fun, feel good, and just enjoy life! We create our life based on how we feel... and FUN always feels good!

So, don't wait another moment to start having more fun with your life. Here’s how you can do it...starting right now!

1) Wake up in the morning with this intention in your mind. "Thank you! I am so grateful that today is the best day of my life! I get to have so much fun today! Today is the most hilarious and fun day ever!"

2) Tap into your inner child. (Yes, we all still have one in us. ☺) Be present... in the moment you are experiencing it. Being "childlike" does not equate to being "childish." It simply means that you're getting back to that part of you deep down that knows how to live in the present, feel playful, and is able to find the FUN in even the smallest things. See the world again through the eyes of that child. Go out into your day today with the light of your inner child shining forth. It’s that silly, relaxed part of us, and we can bring them out whenever we want. See the endless possibilities for having fun. Watch everyone around you respond with a smile, as you delight them with your lightness.

3) Move from seriousness to joy. There is always a way! No matter your plan for your day, whether you are “working” or not, know that you can change your life and the lives of others around you to greater happiness, based on your approach to everything you do. Let things roll off your back. Be sure to come back to focusing on what you want in your heart. Think only about the outcome you want, with persistence and patience. Make a conscious effort to be more light-hearted about whatever you’re engaged in.

We all know people who are able to get “important” things done in a positive, joyful way. You can do this by offering a smile, a kind gesture, enthusiasm, and an open heart. Speak your words with attention to the positive. Tell a joke, or laugh at yourself if you see yourself going in that serious direction. As you do, watch with wonder and see the infectious nature of you as a child releasing you as "the adult". Lose yourself and be silly.

4) Smile at everyone and watch them smile back. Laugh... and feel the freedom that you truly have. Be grateful for it by sharing your childlike inclination for play and fun! Today, allow the child version of you to come out and play. Let your imagination expand, and feel the freedom and joy of your day. Explore, be silly, smile (a lot! ☺) , and make things "fun," like a child would, all day long!

Keep asking yourself throughout the day, "Am I having fun at this moment?" Yes?... Great! No?... Create some fun!

And at the end of the day, share your fun day with someone. Relive it and feel how good it felt. Tell someone you love them and be grateful for their love in return. Then, fall asleep at night with a huge smile on your face, giggling about all of the fun you had!
