It will help you influence others in a much more effortless manner, both as a role-model and as a person with positive energy that others naturally feel. When you are happy, you are able to train yourself only to engage with others in a way that feels good for you. And when you feel good others feel it too. Ultimately that's what you want. That's the foundation from which positive interactions and happy relationships are built.
It's so important to keep your focus on staying positive, even in challenging situations. Rather than spending your time engaged in a negative conversation, or disliking, criticizing, and judging, there is another option. Try a new approach that will leave you feeling empowered and at peace. Try coming from a place of calm and self-confidence, so you are able to see your way around the issues and get back to feeling joyful!
