“Life is a matter of choices, and every choice you make makes you.”

Little Gems of Wisdom & Fun from Mary Lynn Ziemer
Would you like to have a life filled with more peace and joy? A great way to start is by making decisions that feel good for you. In other words, always follow your heart. When you do, you are listening to the wisdom of your heart and your intuition will always guide you. This will always serve you well.
Only you know what is "right" for you, what represents your personal truth. Follow your heart and make choices that make you feel good and are aligned with the vision for your life. Are you taking care of yourself when you make that decision? Are you feeling empowered to speak your truth from a place of love, calm, and wise knowing? Is this decision going to be what’s right for you?
Here are the 3 most important questions to make sure your answer is "YES" to before proceeding with your decision:
1. Am I following my heart?
2. Does it make me feel good and bring me peace?
3. Does making this decision get me closer to my goal and help me live the life of my dreams?
Learn to make only promises that you want to make and that you can keep. Say "yes" when you have truly discerned that it makes you feel good. Sometimes this can mean saying "no" to things that take your time and energy. Respect and honor yourself first, as you take your priorities and commitments into consideration.
Take actions and make commitments because you want to, because they make your heart sing. Do it because you know it will move you toward the life of your dreams. Once you prioritize your decisions and time this way, you will amazingly have more love and energy available for others. This is the path to creating great and wonderful experiences in your life. Now you will feel the joy of positively impacting others. This is when everyone begins to thrive. It leads to all kinds of wonder as you engage in the activities of your choosing.
To take yourself to this new level of self-care you may need to create a new perspective. How? Repeat this affirmation frequently:
“Only when I love myself fully and intensely, can I love others more than ever before! I love my self intensely!”
And know, that just as the opportunity you may be graciously saying "no" to isn’t a good fit for you, it will be a great fit for someone else.
Have an absolutely magical week full of love, gratitude and fun, fun, fun!
