About
Mary Lynn Ziemer

Mary Lynn Ziemer is the Founder and CEO of Living A Joyful Life Now, where she partners with executive women to build sustainable and extraordinary success without sacrificing what matters most.

After 25 years leading large international organizations (from 700 to 5000 with responsibility for as much as a $5 billion revenue stream) within two Fortune 100 companies, Mary Lynn reached a crossroads familiar to many women in executive leadership: outward success concealing internal misalignment. She had climbed to the senior executive level, but the cost—increasing stress, disconnection, and a nagging sense of "Is this it?" as she wore a daily costume of others’ expectations—forced a reckoning.

She made the leap.

Now, as a Master of Advanced Life Concepts, Executive Business Advisor, Transformational Leader, Facilitator, Author, and Speaker, Mary Lynn brings her hard-won strategic expertise and leadership acumen to a different mission: helping executive women create congruency between their professional impact and personal fulfilment. She doesn't teach theory—she teaches from the trenches.

Mary Lynn's approach is grounded in what she calls "strategic joy"—not the superficial kind, but the kind that emerges when your vision, values, and actions are in complete alignment. She helps her clients become the architect of a professional and personal life they can love as they navigate the unique pressures women face at the top: the isolation, the imposter syndrome, the exhausting performance of "having it all together," and the fear that choosing fulfillment means sacrificing influence and results.

Her clients don't just achieve goals—they reclaim agency. They lead with clarity. They build legacies that reflect who they truly are, not who they thought they had to be.

Internationally recognized for her authentic, results-driven leadership style, Mary Lynn has developed tools and techniques that create tangible transformation for both individuals and organizations. She works with women who have already proven they can succeed and now want to do it on their own terms—with more harmony and less friction, more purpose, and the kind of sustainable success that doesn't require them to abandon themselves in the process.

If you've been building a career that looks impressive from the outside but feels somewhat hollow on the inside, Mary Lynn knows that crossroads. And she knows the way forward.
