Script Your Best Day Ever

Did you know that you have the power to create your day, not just "discover it"?
Your day depends on you having a calm mindset. When you understand that you have the power to create whatever it is that you desire, you can literally create your best day ever! You just need to remember that you create everything based on how you feel. So, the number one thing for you to do everyday is to be consciously aware of how you are feeling. Be sure you focus on feeling good. When you feel good your mind is calm and your imagination naturally expands. A calm mind is also the key to reaching that powerful state of knowing. You can see a picture that represents the perfect outcome in your mind. In other words, you can script what you want to see in your reality and it feels like it’s a done deal.
So, how can you get there each day?
Step 1: When you wake up in the morning, feel love for yourself and everything all around you. Put your hand on your heart, and tell yourself, "I love you (your name)". It’s powerful! And it’s scientifically proven to make you feel good. Your heart sends signals to the brain telling it to release oxytocin, the love hormone, into your body.
Loving yourself allows you to complete step 2.
Step 2: Feel lots of love and gratitude for all of the fantastic things and people in your life. The key is to feel it as intensely as you can. The more love and gratitude you feel for everyone and everything all around you, the more easily you will create what you want.
As you go through your day, recognize the various forms of love that you are experiencing all around you. Your pet kissing your face, or responding to your affectionate voice. Your children or partner greeting you with a smile. Your client happy to see you. Your client who buys from you, and the sale that you made. Your home that you live in, that feels so comforting. Your neighbors greeting you hello. The wildlife that is so awesome to watch and hear. The crash of a wave onto the beach. A blue sky full of fanciful white clouds. Remember, the more intensely you feel love for what you’re creating around you, the more calm you will be.
Step 3: Then, as you go through your day, picture in your mind how you would like this moment to be. If you want your child to wake up happy, see him that way. If you want a new client, see yourself having a meeting with a new client. In other words, see in your mind that this person is already your client. If you are writing, see the words and ideas pouring from you. Think about how good it feels as you picture the finished document in your hand. If you want a rainbow after the storm, see one in your mind first. Here’s the one I created in my backyard today! ☺
Picture whatever you want as if it already exists, and know that it is a done deal!
Now, you are scripting your day from the moment you wake up until you go to sleep. When you continue scripting all day long, while feeling lots of love and gratitude for all of it, your day is going to be the best day ever. When you come from a place of love, everyone wins and all things are possible.
