Calmness is the magical mindset
"Set peace of mind as your highest goal, and organize your life around it.” ~Brian Tracy
Would you like to feel more peace and calm inside yourself today and every day? Would you like to feel calm in every situation, both personally and professionally? Would you like others to feel your calmness and have that positive ripple effect benefit everyone around them as well? Would you like to start getting the results you want in your business and life overall? I always receive a resounding “Yes!” from my clients when I ask these questions. The truth is, I don’t know anyone who doesn’t want to go through their day feeling calm, experiencing all the benefits that come with it….empowered, confident, happy, and naturally in the flow... just to name a few. You may be asking yourself right now if it’s even possible. It is! Calm is a mindset that is well worth pursuing. Here’s why.
When you become calm (not to be confused with being laid-back, although that can be a calm characteristic at times), your life truly changes in the most incredible ways. As you set a personal goal to become consistently calm, you are venturing down a new path. You are taking a journey toward living a life that is happier, more fun, and more successful in every way. Calm is the place where all good things happen. It is from calm that my clients achieve dramatically improved health or heal themselves of incurable diseases. Their businesses grow quickly and they become "client magnets." They make more money than ever before and their spouses, partners, and friends love the changes they see in them. They live life with more joy than they ever imagined possible. Calm is the magical state that you want to be in!
As you begin the journey of becoming calmer than ever before you are quite simply changing yourself. You become a new person in how you see your life, and everyone and everything in it. As you become a new calmer version of you, you experience life at an even higher level of joy and dreams come true! How does this happen?
The process is actually simple and quite profound, although it does take time to achieve.
Where do you start? You begin in the moment that you are in... the one right here, right now, as you read this blog. Where you are right now is the starting point for your next moment, for your next experience. The most important thing to remember is that how you feel right now determines the present moment (your current reality) and how it evolves into the next moment. So, said another way, it’s not what is going on, the situation you have in front of you in your present moment. It is the mindset that you choose to have in that moment, as you are in it, that creates the outcome you want in your next.
Remember, how you feel is creating your reality. So, if you make a commitment to feeling good right now, no matter what, to choose a feeling of love in the moment you are in, you will build that feeling of peace in this moment and will become more calm in the next. The calmer you become, the easier it will be to choose another loving thought, word, or action. And then it will be easier than ever before for you to shape your outcome into one that you truly want to create at that very moment.
Yes, you can create instant miracles this way! I see them all the time with my clients as they practice this. You can shift your outlook on life dramatically as you achieve higher levels of calm. You will begin to respond to circumstances and situations with a whole new perspective. You will respond from your heart, feeling your way through the moment, feeling good, feeling more peace and calm than ever before, as you make a better feeling choice.
So, remember this. It is not where you are that is important in creating what you want, but where you want to be that matters. Everything that you want in your life comes from having the right mindset in the moment you are in. This calm mindset feels absolutely wonderful and creates all those magnificient things. That right mindset starts with feeling love, gratitude, and fun, and those feelings create calmness.
So, my advice to you today is this. Practice feeling more love right now, in each moment you are in, more than the one before it. Do this by thinking more loving thoughts, speaking more loving words, and taking more loving action. This is where the magic begins!
P.S. An easy way to help you get started…. be thankful throughout your day for everything you already have.
